Public parking is available in many lots surrounding the park in addition to other city lots in the downtown area.

DECC PARKING
This lot is located directly east of the park and includes a large surface lot as well as a multi-level parking ramp.
Entry to this area is made from Railroad Street which can be accessed from I-35 ramps both east and west.
During Bluesfest the DECC offers, on a first come, first serve basis, RV parking with electric and non-electric – overnight parking for single vehicles – day parking. Multiple day/evening rental of space available.

DEDA PARKING
These lots are located to the west of Bayfront Festival Park on Railroad Street and are owned by the city and DEDA (Duluth Economic Developement Authority).
They are supervised by the Duluth Explorers Police Organization and have no connection to the Bayfront Blues Festival. The daily fees start at $3 per vehicle.
No overnight parking is allowed.

HANDICAP & MOTORCYCLE PARKING
This lot surrounds the main gate entry point (with entry from Railroad Street near Playfront Park) and is reserved for State Issued Handicap Permits and Motorcycle Coral parking only. The fee is $3 per entry.
